    The core is the imported 1.4L 16-valve/ 1.6L 8-valve engine designed for compact car by German Volkswagen. Compact aluminum cylinder body with plastic air intake reduces weight, enhance wear resistance, improve acceleration performance and the efficiency of air intake and emission. Hydraulic supporting ball rocker arm, i.e. RSH structure, is used for valve drive. It shortens the fraction distance, reduces oil consumption and smoothens air intake and emission.     MQ200 mechanical manual gearbox designed for small autos by German Volkswagen, with the maximum torque of 200Nm. Compact appearance, less weight, hollow structure for input axis and output axis. Aluminum alloy shell for less weight and better bearing capacity. Gear 1 and 2 adopt tricone synchronizer to reduce 50% shift force for easy and enjoyable operation. AG150 automatic gearbox adopts the most mature hydraulic torque converted plus planetary gear transmission and fuzzy logic control for shift to meet different driving habits and styles without compromising economic efficiency and power. An independent cooling unit is put above to cool ATF. In the meantime, the cooling unit integrated with the cooling system of the car for more reliable cooling performance.

    Meet the strictest 4-star European NCAP crash test requirements, which is the highest level among similar cars worldwide. Steering column will break immediately on impact to protect the safety of driver. All four doors are equipped with strong side anti-collision boards that can absorb major part of energy during severe side crash to protect passengers inside. Collision optimization foot pedal (COF) will break the braking push rod immediately in case of severe collision to be separated from the step and resist the transmission of impact to avoid injury of the feet of driver. It is an internationally advanced technology and is applied in local cars the first time.

    A new generation of ABS of German Volkswagen with strong scalability leads in similar autos. Front and back 14’ disk braking system is applied the first time, which reaches the level of mid-grade and high-grade cars. In particular, front wheels are of ventilation disk, enhancing the stability of braking.     The third generation electric anti-theft system can identify password automatically. When receiving wrong password, it will identify automatically to prevent theft. The check system is transmitted via CAN-BUS. Random password is added to improve enciphered algorithm and anti-decoding function. Therefore, Polo has the best anti-theft function among local cars.
